| The reclusive Night Elves were the first race to awaken in the World
of Warcraft. These shadowy, immortal beings were the first to study
magic and let it loose throughout the world nearly ten thousand years
before Warcraft I. The Night Elves' reckless use of magic drew the
Burning Legion into the world and led to a catastrophic war between the
two titanic races. The Night Elves barely managed to banish the Legion
from the world, but their wondrous homeland was shattered and drowned by
the sea. Until recently, the Night Elves closed themselves off from the
rest of the world and remained hidden atop their holy mountain of Hyjal
for many thousands of years. The Legion's invasion brought the Night
Elves out of their long period of slumber. They now have renewed
interest in shaping the world, and for the first time are allying
themselves with other races to insure the continued survival of
Azerothhe night elves' shockingly quick victory incurred the trolls'
eternal hatred. |

the Dungeon Finder tool was launched in December, finding
level-appropriate instance groups was well nigh impossible.
Occasional knots of newborn death knights might putter about in
a favorite Burning Crusade instance to scoop up some gear. The
rest of the pre-Northrend instances remained ghost towns,
populated only by speed-running level 80s who were farming or
running low-level buddies through some quick levels |

Thottbot
is completely configurable. What I want to see likely isn't what
you want to see. For example, I may want to see all posts by WoW,
Everquest and PlanetSide developers, any post with my name in
it, and any post mentioning my guild, Afterlife. Occasionally
there are other search strings and games I'm interested in.
Thottbot shows me these things. You may be interested in posts
made by WoW developers and any posts made on DAoC messageboards
that contain the name of the guild you play there. Or perhaps
you want to see Blizzard website updates and developer posts
regarding M59. Whatever things you want to see that Thottbot
checks, that's what you can configure it to see. It's very easy. |
